My Sport is not listed. Do you make posters for other sports?
Yes of course we can do any sport pretty much, and are happy to be challenged with really unusual ones. We have the "Other" Sports Category you can explore. You can simply select a background you like and upload your photo and let our creatives do the rest.
How do I know if I have a high quality photo to upload?
Your poster will look fantastic when you upload high quality photos. The simplest way to check is zoom in on the image. On your phone, zoom in as far as you can to see if it still looks sharp. On your computer, zoom in by 300% to check. Sharp = High quality. Blurry = Pixelated edges and out of focus image.
Where are you located and what areas do you service?
We are located in the leafy suburbs of Melbourne, however we service and post Australia wide. We are not yet shipping internationally, however if you have a special request it doesn’t hurt to ask us.
How long does delivery take?
We send our parcels via courier. For orders that don’t request a proof you should receive your order within 7-14 working days. For orders that request a proof your order will be dispatched the following working day after approval. Within Victoria you should receive your order the following working day after receiving your dispatch notification. For other states delivery can take up to 3 working days following receiving your dispatch notification. Please note turnaround times may increase in periods of high demand.
Can I take a photo on my phone?
Of course you can. Just make sure your photo is high quality and is in focus. Mobile phones nowadays do an amazing job. DO NOT digitally zoom! That is, do not zoom in with your fingers because this will capture less detail.
