Upload Photo Checklist

To upload a photo via our site, 1MB is the absolute minimum size for a quality print. The larger the file size generally the better the quality of photo. To check your photo size before you upload, on Iphone, swipe up or hit the Info Symbol, or on Android, hit the … (three dots). On a computer, right click the image for more information on the MBs.

Don't Zoom Or Crop

Zooming in on a phone is called a digital zoom. These are artificial and create pixilated images that have no sharpness. We recommend using the camera’s native camera focal length. The same applies to cropping a photo. If you crop an image to make the subject larger you will loose quality. If your subject is too small simply move closer.

Check Your Phone Settings

Your phone may store its high resolution photos in a cloud and only hold low resolution “thumbnails” on the phone. Be sure to download the full resolution from your phone’s cloud backup before uploading. Another great tip is to check your phone’s camera settings to ensure it is capturing the photos in a JPEG format (Most Compatible). Many phones are set to High Efficiency (HEIF/HEVC) by default to save space. Check with manufacturer or YouTube for more details on your specific phone.

Original Photo

Make sure you are uploading the original photo taken from a DSLR camera or Mobile Phone. Photos downloaded from the internet or sent via messenger will be compressed. If someone is sharing a photo with you, make sure they email or SMS the original photo at the original size/resolution. Please do not upload any screenshots. A Photo of a photo looses all quality.

Fills The Frame

When taking a staged photo of your sports star, make sure the subject fills the frame. Simply move closer or further away to get this right. Make sure all body parts are in the photo and not cut off.. Ensure the subject is in focus. You can check this by zooming in as far as you can on the image to examine the quality and sharpness. The subject should still look fairly sharp around the edges. If it is pixilated when you zoom in, then the image quality is poor.

Shipping Info

We send our parcels via courier. For orders that don’t request a proof you should receive your order within 7-14 working days. For orders that request a proof your order will be dispatched the following working day after approval. Within Victoria you should receive your order the following working day after receiving your dispatch notification. For other states delivery can take up to 3 working days following receiving your dispatch notification. Please note turnaround times may increase in periods of high demand.
